podcast publisher and workflows

Is there any place that has a tutorial on how to modify workflows in podcast publisher? I want to try to use workflows in podcast publisher from Podcast Producer but I can't find anywhere that will show me how to do this. I want to customize the workflow, but I am just stumped. Where are they stored how can I access them. What am I missing.
